All services are offered by appointment and review.

This website is provided for informational purposes, private client inquiries, appointment requests, and access to services offered by 831MINHLE.

You agree not to:

3. Private Client & Atelier Services

All atelier, bespoke, made-to-measure, made-to-order, bridal, and custom services are provided by appointment only.

Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client
Consultation fees are required to initiate services
Consultation fees may be applied toward production costs where stated
Pricing, timelines, and scope are confirmed prior to production

Custom garments are final sale once production has commenced.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms, deposits, and balances are communicated prior to the start of any commission.

Required payments must be received before production begins
Late payments may delay production or delivery
Prices are subject to change prior to confirmation

831MINHLE reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if payment terms are not met.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, designs, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of 831MINHLE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of 831MINHLE unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Press, Styling & Media Use

Any press, stylist, or media usage requires prior approval and is governed by the addendum attached to these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

831 MINHLE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in services.

All services are provided “as is” and participation is at the user’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

STYLIST, PRESS & MEDIA USAGE ADDENDUM

This addendum applies to all stylists, editors, media outlets, and third parties requesting garments, images, or brand representation.

1. Approval Required

All stylist pulls, press loans, editorial use, and media placements require prior written approval from 831MINHLE.

Unauthorized use of garments, images, or brand representation is prohibited.

2. Usage Rights

All images and garments remain the property of 831MINHLE unless otherwise agreed
Usage rights are limited to the specific project, outlet, and duration approved
Any additional usage requires separate written consent

3. Credit Requirements

Approved usage must include proper credit to 831MINHLE and, where applicable, the designer Minh Le, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Damage & Loss

Stylists and media partners are responsible for garments while in their possession. Any damage or loss may result in replacement or repair fees.

5. Right of Refusal

831MINHLE reserves the right to refuse or revoke press or stylist access at its discretion.
